PhotoGuru Backup & Restore
A Windows application built to move photo and video collections between your computer and Zenfolio.
Managing a large collection means more than transferring individual files. PhotoGuru Backup & Restore was designed to preserve nested folder structures, handle selected files or entire collections, and make recurring transfers easier to repeat.
Its upload and download tools let users choose what to transfer, pause a job, and return to it later. When a transfer resumes, the application compares local and remote files to identify missing or modified media.

Built for larger collections
- Upload up to 16 images in parallel. Transfer several images at once rather than waiting for each individual upload to finish.
- Upload and download nested folders. Recreate your local folder structure on Zenfolio, or copy entire remote folders back to your computer.
- Choose individual images. Select specific files when you only need to transfer part of a collection.
- Transfer photos and videos. Choose the media types and files you want to upload or synchronize.
- Pause and resume transfers. Restart an upload or download later. The application compares local and remote collections and transfers missing or modified files.
- Sort uploaded folders. Organize folders by capture date, filename, or title, in ascending or descending order.
- Access network storage. Upload from or download to NAS devices using UNC network paths.
- Monitor transfer performance. Follow upload-rate charts to review progress, including jobs left running unattended.
- Use the original Windows platforms. The archived release was designed for Windows 7, 8, and 10, with 32-bit and 64-bit support.
- Save and automate repeat jobs. Store frequently used transfer tasks, launch them with command-line arguments or batch files, and minimize the application to the system tray while it works.
